町長あいさつ（令和5年4月1日）

　みなさん、こんにちは。
　まずは、この素晴らしい町の長に選出されたことを光栄に思っています。

　山ノ内町は、豊かな自然、歴史的な観光地、そして地元の方々の温かさがあふれています。これらの素晴らしい資源を活用しながら、私たちはより良い未来を築くために協力していくことが必要です。

　山ノ内町は経済の発展、少子高齢化、教育、福祉など、多くの課題に直面しています。これからもみなで一丸となり、共に協力し、問題を解決し、町の活性化に取り組む必要があります。

　私たちの町は、町民の一人ひとりが大切にされる場所であり、皆さんの意見やアイデアは、町の発展に欠かせません。私は常に町民の方々の声に耳を傾け、役に立つ取り組みを進めていきたいと思っています。

　コロナも収束のめどがつき、観光業や飲食店にも人が戻りつつあります。
「孫たちが帰ってきたくなる町」を目指し、更なる町の経済の活性化と、住みやすい町づくりに全力で取り組みたいと思っております。

Dear All
First of all, I am honored to be elected as the Mayor of this wonderful town, Yamanouchi.

Yamanouchi Town is rich in natural beauty, historic tourist attractions, and the warmth of the local people. We need to work together to build a better future for all of us while taking advantage of these wonderful resources.

Yamanouchi Town faces many challenges, including economic development, declining birthrate, aging population, education, and welfare. We need to continue to work together as one, cooperate together, solve problems, and revitalize our town.

Our town is a place where each and every person is valued, and your opinions and ideas are essential to the development of our town. I am always willing to listen to the voices of people and promote useful initiatives.

Now that COVID is under control, tourists are coming back and people's ordinary life is coming back.
I will do my utmost to revitalize the town's economy and make it a better place to live, aiming to make it "The Town that Our Grandchildren will Want To Come Back to.
